KEY EXPERIENCE

During his 17 years spell as the lead auditor/auditor for SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd, he had performed more than 2500 management system certification audits in manufacturing companies (electrical, electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, food, etc.), services (banking, hospitals, telcos), education, construction and government bodies and agencies. He had attended numerous courses including FMEA, SPC, Calibration Measurement System, 5 WHYs Analysis, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, ISO 37001 and many others. He is still performing audit on a part time basis on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and GDPMD.

 

In 2014, he was promoted as a Manager of Customer Service and Business Development at SIRIM STS Sdn Bhd. Among his roles and responsibilities are to formulate training and consultancy business strategies for SIRIM STS and to plan and organise in-house and public training courses.
